Lovely place, spotlessly clean, good value. Having a kettle, air conditioner, and television in our decent size room. Fairly friendly and efficient staff and attention to detail. Location near to Durham City centre and the river and beautiful countryside.

Thank you for a lovely stay. The property is immaculately clean; good sized and recently renovated rooms; comfy bed. The staff are very helpful, managed the parking on street. The location is perfect and lovely, just next door to pub and Durham & main roadways. Plus, it is set 3 km from Durham Riverside Walk. The English bar is pleasant, greatly enjoyed this place.

I lovely spend 1 night in Durham. The food selection was lovely. The location was amazing and beautiful, next to Durham through beautiful footpaths, the train station and Durham City centre and easily accessible. Apart from that, Prince Bishops Shopping Centre was 10 minutes away by driving.
